The Tetris rises prominently in front of Limassol’s port, in an area where the city’s industrial past is transforming into a hub of contemporary development. With 24 floors and 65 apartments, it stands as a bold architectural statement on the skyline. The design is guided by a smart modular approach, offering a variety of apartment typologies ranging from one- to three-bedroom units. A structural grid allows these modules to be interchanged with ease, giving the building both commercial flexibility and architectural coherence. Responding to the sun’s path, the tower subtly twists as it rises, creating a dynamic silhouette. This movement, along with the extrusion of units, generates spacious balconies and terraces for every apartment—each one opening to panoramic views of the sea and the port.
