Located in a quiet residential area in the center of Nicosia, Down Town Views sits on a triangular plot along a sloping road. The challenge was to fit 14 units—eight one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments—across four floors while ensuring that each apartment enjoys a direct view of the main road. The solution came through three extruded volumes, connected by their balconies and living spaces, all oriented toward the front. Fair-faced concrete walls and metallic balcony frames emphasize these projections, shaping the overall composition and giving the building a distinctive industrial identity.
